Designers employing Fox’s new rfXOs can achieve up to a 40% reduction in costs over other RF crystal oscillators, significantly improving the cost-to-performance ratio of systems using these devices. The LVE-PECL crystal oscillator (XO) RFX250 and LVE-PECL voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) RFV250 feature phase jitter of <0.5 pS and a frequency range from 600 MHz to 1.25 GHz, and are housed in an industry-standard 7.5 x 5.0 x 1.5 mm ceramic package.
