Overview:

Fox Electronics, Fort Myers,
FL, was founded in 1979 as a small, family owned supplier of quartz crystals
and oscillators. Since then, the company has evolved to become America's
leading supplier of highly precise, highly reliable frequency control
products to the worldwide electronics markets.
Over the years, Fox
Electronics' R&D and hybrid departments have developed hundreds of
products that have set new standards for crystal and oscillator
performance, precision and reliability.
The company has
established a global distribution network, set up a "push" order
delivery system (known as
FAST FOX), and
consolidated all operations in a 25,000 sq. ft. facility.

In 1997, Fox introduced
JITO™
(Just-In-Time Oscillators™) - a revolutionary program which cuts the lead
time for custom or standard frequency oscillators from the industry standard
of 10 weeks to just 10 working days or less. The company recently expanded
the range of frequencies for its JITO®-2 product to 300MHz, and continues to
pioneer new advances in frequency control products, design, manufacturing
and distribution.
Most recently the company announced it's revolutionary product family called
XpressO™
in November 2006. The XpressO product family is the culmination
of many years of development based upon our proprietary technology starting
in 1997 with our JITO™
.In calendar year 2002
Fox created the Fox Customer Products Center. The
CPC
was specifically designed to assist our customers with custom part designs
and custom frequencies in their applications. |
